1900 cottage refurb with architectural designed extension. The cottage while keeping its traditional character has been extended and fully brought up to current building regulations. We have incorporated Daiken air to water heating system with underfloor heating throughout with multiple digital controlled zones.
The house has an airtight rating of 2.8 with HRV system throughout. Windows are triple glazed sliding sash. With all these and high levels of insulation this build achieved an A3 rating.
